Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • PLEASE SUBMIT TWO FILES OF YOUR ARTICLE. 1) Orignal article and 2) copy of your manuscript for review purposes which should exclude your identity in the paper.

Author Guidelines

Please adhere to the following guidelines for the submission of your work:

  • Submit only original, unpublished work.
  • You have check the plagerism of your submitted document. IJIMS have zero tolerance plagerism policy
  • The paper should be complete in all aspects.
  • The document should contain no language flaws.
  • The author will be legally responsible of all the contents of the document, submitted for the publication.
  • Check all references to ensure all essential information is included, and are cited in accordance to the journal format.
  • There should be no plagiarism in the submitted article. Please note that the journal has zero-tolerance for plagiarism as per policy of HEC Pakistan.
  • Articles should be no more than 1,500 words.
  • Please include a professional bio, description of your organization, and current contact information of no more than 50 words.
  • Submit documents in Word format. Do not submit PDF files.
  • Use Times New Roman 12 font
  • Use single spacing after sentences
  • Use single spacing between paragraphs
  • Do not indent at the start of paragraphs

The authors are instructed to develop their document as per following format.

Title Page

The first letter of each word in title should use upper case. Include in the first page the article title, author's full names, affiliations, corresponding author's phone and/or email.

Abstract

A structured abstract must be included with each manuscript with (at least) 4 clearly identifiable elements of content: research goals, methods, results (major findings and conclusion), and implications of the study. Except for the goals, these sections should be preceded by headings (i.e., Methods, Results, Conclusion and implications). Three to five key words should also be submitted with the abstract.

Section of the Manuscript:

Apart from title page and abstract, the manuscripts should have the following sections but not limited to:-

  • Introduction
  • Background Studies (Literature review)
  • Research Method and Design
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • References

To format the text in all above section, please use APA format style (6th edition).
